LEADERSHIP TEAM

PRESIDENT

General Oversight of the Vision, Mission, principles and Values, and their strategic implementation. Recruitment and alignment of the right talents and teams for effective realization of determined goals and objectives.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Help DreamsAfrica scale its operations and expand its presence across the regions, manage human resources, administrative related duties, research, development and communications. Have oversight over special projects, lead the successful execution of strategies developed by top management and, directly report to the President.

DIRECTOR, FUNDING & INVESTMENT

Responsible for building partnerships, raising funds, seeking scholarship opportunities for mentees/protégés and networking with investors across the regions. Reports directly to the President.

PROGRAMMES, BRANDS & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Project the DreamsAfrica brand. i.e. T-shirts, Souvenirs, Videos and Audio sales. Coordinate and drive Social Media presence. Create Blogs and ensure publication of articles, creative writing, Movie production. Lead National Mentoring Campaigns and National Mentoring Day.

MEDIA & TECHNOLOGY TEAM LEAD

Lead and coordinate Video and Audio production team. liaise with Programmes, brand and content development team. Responsible for youthful innovations to engage the youth. Ensure development of interactive apps. Responsible for Theatre.

LEAD MENTOR & TALENT SCOUT

Responsible for scouting for Mentors across industries and institutions. Roll out applications and sign up mentors who will willingly commit their resources to the DreamsAfrica mentoring Program yearly. Also responsible for signing up mentees/ protégés through guided application procedures. Scouting for high potential leaders and talents to be sponsored and registered on the DreamsAfrica Mentoring Program. Arrange internship opportunities and programs for mentees/ protégés across difference spheres of influence or institutions.

MENTORS/ PARENTS - MENTEES LIAISON

Liaise with parents and guardians that signed up their children or wards. Organize quarterly dinner and programs where parents meet with their wards and the mentors of their wards. Strategize to ensure integrity and continuity. Ensure effective monitoring for accountability and sustainability. Also, liaise between mentees/protégés and mentors that are assigned to them. Monitor and supervise impact of the mentoring relationship. Develop guidelines and assessment criteria. Assess Mentees on progress of development and growth.

LEAD CAMPUS COORDINATOR

Coordinate and recruit volunteers from corporate and educational institutions. Initiate and lead successful clubs in educational institutions, communities and other institutions. Help institutions and communities to select/appoint leaders for the clubs. Facilitate weekly meetings, schedule development programs including interviews with industry leaders for students and mentors who signed up on DreamsAfrica mentoring programs. Rally students and mentors for DreamsAfrica National Mentoring Summits, Leaders & Mentors Summit, and, Retreats and Camps.

CAMPS & RETREATS COORDINATOR

Strategize, Lead and Innovate for sustainability of leadership development and mentoring relationships. Organize camps and retreats.

VOLUNTEERS/ INTERNS

Vision bearers, Helpers of destiny, change agents and community organizers who facilitate events, organize and champions leadership campaigns and, lead the publicity of programs and projects. Organize database and help with research works.
